How have you set up coaching and feedback structures for both teachers and leaders in your school?
My name is Cath Apanah, I'm an Assistant Principal from a low socio-economic goverment high school in Hobart, Australia. Our school has been on a PLC jorney for a few years now and know that our next step is embedding a coaching and feedback model for both teachers and leaders. We've got a model to experiment with this year, but I'm always keen to see what else is out there and how it's working to see if we can improve on our own.
I'm headed to the US - Dallas, NYC, Philadelphia, DC areas for 5 weeks over March/April 2018 and throught I'd throw it out to the ASCD community to see if there might be any possile connections or opportunities to visit schools in these areas.
